Gift vouchers may be redeemed online, over the phone, via email (subject to availability).
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless a different expiry date is clearly stated on the voucher (for example, special promotional vouchers).
All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you do not use the full value of your voucher in one transaction, the remaining balance will be retained on the voucher (or reissued) to the nearest dollar, to be used before the expiry date.
